论文著作

长期致力于营养与心血管健康的基础与转化工作,阐明了心衰、心梗、动脉粥样硬化、主动脉夹层等重大心血管疾病的发病机制,揭示了膳食营养素对心血管的保护作用,为心血管疾病的防治提供了新方案。共发表论文90余篇,代表性论文:
