嘉宾介绍：

Dr.Rob NOUT教授，荷兰瓦赫宁根大学食品微生物学实验室(Lab of Food Microbiology, University of Wageningen)(现退休)。曾在非洲、美国等地工作，主要从事食品微生物学教学和科研工作。发表SCI收录文章370篇，并主持相关项目30余项。
